2-head Manual Soldering Machine for heatable backlites

Used for:

Soldering connectors on heatable backlites.

Principle of operation:

The soldering head is manually positioned on the glass or on the docking clamp. The connector is fed manually. The automatic soldering cycle takes care of the rest: the electrodes move down, solder and come up again after cooling. The glass is unloaded manually.

The soldering cycle is short, just a few seconds.

The soldering can be done immediately after tempering on a still warm glass.

Features:

It is well adapted for flexible production as well as for using as back-up unit for automated soldering systems.

Any pre-soldered or laminated connectors can be used.

Technical characteristics:

It is a lightweight mobile unit with compact construction mounted on wheels. The workstation is a table, where the glass is positioned and fixed. The soldering heads, mounted on articulated arms with two tungsten electrodes are individually, manually controlled, which enables soldering in any position in any angle on the glass. The soldering head is controlled pneumatically. The automatic feed of soldering wire is adjustable.
