Dew point tester

Used for:

Measuring the dew point of insulating glass units in laboratory or on the field if a leakage is suspected.

Conforms to:

ASTM E546 and E576 standards.

Principle of operation:

The dew point tester is used with dry ice. The container is placed on the glass, and a thermometer shows the temperature changing at the point of contact with the glass. Note down the temperature as soon as moisture is observed on the other side of the glass pane.

Features:

The higher the dew point, the greater the amount of humidity in the glass pane.

The device can be used on vertical installed glass. Suction cups are provied with the instrument.
