Low-E Identifier for laminated IGU with thickness measurement

Used for:

The LOW-E identifier is a portable measurement device for glass panes and IG units. It measures glass, air space and overall IG thickness of triple pane windows and detects coatings.

Principle of operation:

Measures the thickness of glass panes in IGU

Measures the thickness of interlayer and polyester film in laminated glass in IGU (advanced version)

Identifies the position of the coating (on side 1,2,…)

Identifies the position of the laminate in the IGU (advanced version)

Identifies the type of low-E coating:

• Soft of hard coating
• Single, double or triple silvered soft low-E coating
