Wiring Machine, table model for heatable backlites and sidelites

Principle of operation:

This single head table model wiring machine fixes sinus-shaped heating wires with a free form path on PVB sheet in a continuous process. The machine is composed of:

• Table on which PVB sheets are fixed.
• Fully CNC controlled wiring head
• Busbar digitalising software

Technical characteristics:

Max PVB size: 1600 x 1200 mm, other sizes are available

Min thickness of tungsten wire: 17 microns

Capacity: 2 - 3 pcs/h
