Determination of the bending strength of monolithic glass for use in buildings.

• for flat thermally toughened glass and heat strengthened glass for use in building
• to determine the bending strength, including the effects of the edges,
• according to EN 1288-3 :2000 - Determination of the bending strength of glass

Conforms to:

EN 12150-1 and 1288-3:2000

Principle of operation:

It consists of

• Tensile testing machine with load measuring device and with stepless, specific rate of stressing on the specimen.

• Supporting and bending equipment with free rotating rollers

Features:

Should be calibrated every 3 months according to EN 1288-3.
