1. OBLIGATORY FOR ORDINARY LAMINATED WINDSCREENS

• Dropping tower, max. dropping height 12 m or 9m, for 300 x 300 mm glass support
• Small ball 227 gr

• Support for 500 x 1100 mm test piece
• Support for 300 x 300 mm test piece
• Head form and head form covers
• Supports for different windscreens (head form test)

2. OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT FOR LAMINATED WINDSCREENS

The equipment for the following tests is NOT obligatory. These tests can be performed in the accredited laboratory.

• Resistance to humidity
• Resistance to radiation
• Resistance to abrasion

Equipment not specified by the regulation:

• PVB humidity meter
• PVB humidity meter and thickness meter with calibration computer.
• Baking test oven 40°-250 °C
• can replace boiling kettle and warm box

3. OBLIGATORY EQUIPMENT FOR TEMPERED GLASS

• Digital camera to store results
• Breaking tool
• Plastic tape and suitable large thick cloth

Obligatory testing equipment is used for continuous testing to monitor the conformity of the production. If you do not have all necessary equipment and you find it difficult to acquire it locally, we shall be glad to submit you a quotation for the needed equipment.
