Softeco PVB cutting line

Used for:

Unrolling and cutting PVB to the desired length and shape (straight, parallel or trapezoidal).

Principle of operation:

Continuously working cutting line consists of PVB unwinding, buffering and PVB cutting. Before operation, the length of PVB blanks, the cutting angle and the number of cut blanks are set. The cutting process parameters as well as PVB roll change can be conducted during operation without work stoppage.

Features:

Different elements can be added to the line: roll handling, unwinding, cutting, stacking, etc.

Technical characteristics

Standard working widths: 1250 and 1500mm, other widths possible.
